Arrival
Save this section for the day you arrive so key details are easy to access from your phone.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. After parking, head to the front door and let yourself in with the access code.
When you arrive, please park first and enter through the front door using your code. The unit includes a 1-car attached garage and a small driveway in front of it. The driveway is too tight for a pickup or large SUV, but it works well for most other vehicles. There are also several parking spots immediately in front of and behind the unit, plus free street parking along 69th Street and 70th Street.
Enter the 4-digit code sent before arrival and the front door should unlock automatically. Once inside, you will find the garage door opener on the dining table. When leaving, press the lock icon once to lock the door behind you.

The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking with pots, pans, sharp knives, mixing bowls, sheet trays, oil, salt, and pepper. Please avoid metal utensils on nonstick pans to keep everything in great condition.
You’ll find both a drip machine and a pod option. We try to keep coffee filters stocked but you'll need to supply your own coffee.
Dishwasher pods are stored under the sink. Please rinse heavily soiled items before putting in the dishwasher. Note, we do not have a garbage disposal so please discard of food scraps in the trash.
The bedrooms are located upstairs, and there is a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. In the closet of the first bedroom at the top of the stairs, you will find sheets and pillows for the pull-out as well as for the trundle. If you have a little one, we keep a pack-n-play in the master closet.
Laundry is available for guest use with a small starter supply of detergent. The dryer can be a bit slow so I would avoid big loads or drying a lot of towels at once.
TVs are ready for streaming with your own streaming logins. When you first turn it on it will ask for your check-out date and automatically log you out on that day.
The thermostat is in the upstairs hallway. It tends to be cooler in the bedrooms and living areas than the thermostat says. We find setting at 76 keeps everything comfortable.
We keep some beach gear in the garage that you're welcome to use (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, toys). We just ask that you clean them off after use. We have a hose, broom and leaf blower in the garage to make clean up easy!
Bagged trash should be taken out to the dumpster on 70th street. If you go out the front door, make a right and then a left and you should see the dumpster.
Please keep quiet hours after 10:00 PM, respect the neighbors, and no parties or unregistered guests. No pets or smoking.

Late checkout depends on the next arrival and housekeeping timing. Ask the night before departure and we’ll do our best.
Yes, we keep a few beach towels in the upstairs bathroom closet.
